I just had duck's tongue for the first time tonight at Spicy and Tasty in Flushing. Once again I had an excellent meal there. I love beef and lamb tongue, but I found the duck's tongue to be an acquired taste. Duck's tongue is very small, and it seems to be all fat surrounding small bones. There must have been over thiry tungues in the dish I had. I suppose the type of person who likes duck's tongue also likes chicken feet.
