Galleygirl wanted to know more about this spot. It is a combination grocery store and restaurant. Since I moved to Coolidge Corner two and a half years ago, they have removed one isle of groceries and added an isle of tables. As an Asian market it provides many of the staples. They also carry an interesting combo of newspapers in Thai and in Hebrew. But it is the food that keeps me going back. I find it very authentic and tastey. I particularly enjoy the warm sausage salad (which I've only found elsewhere at Bangkok Cuisine) and the spicey noodly dish. Also like their sauteed dishes and they have interesting specials. The people are very nice, seems like a family business, and service is good. They also serve Thai ice cream. It's worth a try and let me know what you think.
