I'm moving to New Jersey in a few months and I'm looking to do either a certificate or diploma course in something related to food. I'm living in India as of now and I run a private patisserie but have no formal training. I'm not too keen on studying baking but am interested in the other aspects in terms of food studies, restaurant entrepreneurship, restaurant management, food styling, photography and food writing etc. Does anyone know what options I might have in New York? Since I manage and run a bakery in India, I'm also open to jobs, if anyone might know anything that would interest me. Thanks guys!
