My husband and I will be in Paris in late August. We are planning to dine at mostly moderate places. So far, we have reservations at the following places:

La Bamboche
Ze Kitchen Galerie
Le Cap Vernet
La Cagouille
L'Angle du Faubourg
La Dinee
Le Beurre Noisette
L'Epi Dupin
Hiramatsu

We are trying to secure a reservation at Astrance, but they tell us it is not possible until after their vacation, so we will have to wait and hope.

We would love to hear other possible suggestions or revisions to our plan. Thanks in advance.
