What's for Dinner #352: the pre-Daylight Savings Time 2015 Edition [through Mar 8, 2015]

FIVE MORE DAYS and it's actually daylight when I leave work in the evening! Yeah, yeah - it'll be darker longer in the morning, but I can deal with that! LOL

Despite DST, there's still that "stuff" on the ground in my neck of the country, with more to come overnight. So let's just break the darn record for overall "stuff"fall total in Boston tonight and be done with it, OK? (I'm not going to use that four letter word again until it's gone!)

So dinners for me are still warming and hearty. There's lamb to be used up, although I haven't yet planned how to do so - lamb & barley soup? A lamb curry? Lamb tagine? Not sure yet.
