Dining in Davenport - Some questions for the Quads

I'm spending the week in Davenport, Iowa, for work. It doesn't look like there's been a lot of activity on the board for Davenport in the last year or so, and I have a couple of special requests.

I'm traveling more for work, and I have to start planning a little better. When I'm home in KC, I usually eat at home or pack a lunch during the week (that is, portion and recipe control). On the weekends, I usually split entrees with my husband (that is, portion control). However, when I travel for work, I pretty much have to eat out every meal and I'm eating by myself. That is, no recipe or portion control. If I was less of a hound, I could eat TV dinners in my room or hit the supermarket salad bar to keep my girlish figure. But I still want to try and hit some high points in the town I'm in.

So -- sorry about the long intro -- I'm looking for some places in Davenport for dinner. I'd like some ideas for places that have some healthier entrees. Either places that specialize in something other than fried tenderloin sandwiches or that have smaller portion sizes. I'm willing to pay bigger money to get smaller food, if that makes sense. Also, places that are friendly to solo diners. Places where you can eat at the bar or that are friendly to take-out, for example.

Bonus points for views of the River, old brick buildings, excess chiles, and good beer selection.

So, can anybody help me out?
