Dim Sum and kid friendly in Chinatown/Union Square?

Anh G | Feb 16, 200303:26 PM     3

Hi,

My family and I will be visiting SF next weekend. Can anyone recommend a good dim sum restaurant where the food is good but we won't have to wait a long time to get a table? We have 2 children, 3.5 and 2 years and the 2 y/o has had some medical issues that involve eating so now that she's actually eating, we hate to make her wait and cry.

I'm Vietnamese and grew up on my mom's cooking, which doesn't make me an expert but I would prefer something more authentic. I don't need the best, given our limitations with the kiddos, just a good worthwhile place.

We'll be staying near Union Square and I hear that Chinatown is nearby, so somewhere near here would be great.

Can any of you help me?

Oh--and what are the usual hours for dim sum?

Thanks a bunch!!!

Anh G.
