does anyone know if shige is still serving those japanese/italian inspired desserts there? and what about the sushi and sashimi, how's it standing up these days for anyone who has been there recently? what about the foie gras and caviar based dishes, any comments whatsoever? is he still a wine freak with those bloated prices on wines? and i forget does he even serve some different kinds of sake there, or is it merely his French Bordeaux, burgundies, and italian borellos? (if russkar hasn't been there, i definitely think he'll get a tremendous kick out of it probably for one of his extravagant wine dinners.) thanks in advance.
