Dessert - vanilla ice cream with coarse sea salt and DaVero Meyer lemon olive oil

We're not really dessert eaters but do like to serve something at dinner parties. We were having some friends over last night and I thought to get some ice cream and serve with store bought cookies. I bought some "good" vanilla ice cream and at the last minute decided to add a sprinkling of coarse sea salt and a drizzle of DaVero Meyer lemon oil. W. O. W. It was so good. Our guests were getting seconds and thirds. I finally just moved the container of salt and the bottle of olive oil to the table. (Full disclosure: I had something similar to this, sans the Meyer lemon component, some months ago in a restaurant.) Also put out a plate of TJs triple ginger and Meyer lemon cookies.

I've been buying DaVero's products for a while now after Batali recommended them in Molto Italiano. I have about three each of their olive oils and their vinegars. This Meyer lemon olive oil is so light and refreshing that, when I use it on salads, I don't bother with vinegar. Here's their site:
