I'm co-hosting a pinot noir wine-and-food tasting. We thought it would be fun to have two sparkling blancs de noirs, because they're mostly pinot noir. However, my hosting partner has her heart set on serving the sparklers last, with dessert.
I'm at a loss for something that would work with either Chandon and Gloria Ferrer Blanc de Noirs. The Gloria Ferrer web site says "outstanding with ... semi-sweet desserts", but doesn't include examples.
