so I'm planning a wedding, and the goal is to serve all California wines and come in at $10 or under a bottle. maybe could stretch to $12 for the right thing.
we've got all our wines pinned down except for one last white. I'm a big fan of dry, minerally whites, and obviously, most of these are found outside of California, land of the fruity.
however, I would love to hear any suggestions if anyone knows of a dry, minerally, not-too-fruity white that is from California. and that costs under $10-12 a bottle. if I can get it in bulk at BevMo or TJ's, even better.
let me know if there is such a thing in existence, or if I'm just looking for a magical unicorn here.
