Dear DC Hounds - I recently, for the first time, chose the menu option at a restaurant in Honolulu (Chef Mavro's) where the chef/staff chooses the wine to go with the courses. It was a delightful experience and I would like to do it again here in DC (home). Can you recommend restaurants where you have chosen this option? Also, does it always have to be pricey (i.e. over $100 pp)?
