Going to Hong Kong in late March with a couple of friends, unfortunately only going for three full days (fly in late the night the day before and leave in the morning the day after), and then off to Kyoto and Tokyo for six more days. We enjoy Asian food in general, and seafood in particular (although we are happy to eat anything delicious and are certainly not looking to avoid anything). Given all the undoubtedly great places we are not going to due to lack of time, am interesting in hearing if any of the below isn't great or is better substituted for by something else. Also I know sometimes places do a great dinner, and a less good lunch, so if you can let me know that as well it would be much appreciated.
Friday, March 28th
Lunch at The Chairman
Dinner at China Club
Saturday, March 29th
Lunch at Gateway Cuisine at the Lei Yui Mun Seafood Bazaar
Dinner at Rainbow Seafood Restaurant on Lamma Island
Sunday, March 30th
Dim sum lunch at Man Wah
Cantonese seafood and suckling pig at Xin Dan Ji
Wherever we end up going, will definitely write a trip report at the end.
