For the New Yorker Festival, Dario Cecchini and Bill Bufford will host a event where they're preparing "meat and other dishes particular to Tuscany" at the Culinary Loft.
Cecchini is a butcher and owner of Antica Macelleria Cecchini, and Bill Bufford is a NYer writer.
The event sounds interesting but I am not sure about the skills of the chefs. Does anyone have any input?
I guess at $75 per ticket I want some reassurance that the food will be good.
