Daimo Richmond --hmmm not good

We ordered the XO short ribs, chinese broccoli with salted fish and hotpot of frogs with clams in chinese wine.

Results 0 for 3

The ribs were super greasy and fried without adequate "wok-hei", meat was soggy and not well coated with the sauce. Most of the salted fish was burnt and left a bitter aftertaste on the vegetables. Frogs were overcooked and there no noticeable taste of chinese wine.

Overall very disappointing, I was very surprised given how packed the place was when we got there around 7pm this evening... should have stuck to the wontons
