On the lazy morning after entertaining Saturday night, https://www.chowhound.com/post/green-... , we made our way to Cup & Bar to start our day.
Cup & Bar unites the Ranger bean-to-bar chocolate factory with Trailside coffee roaster.
Both manufacture on site and combine their cultures and offerings on the cafe menu.
For me, Dirty Charlie, $4.50, Celebrate espresso with a square of Ranger chocolate and overflowing steamed milk in demitasse.
Drinking chocolate (Wildcard) for Cynsa was a bit too sugary served with lightly sweetened whipped cream and a sparkling water chaser, $6.
No sugar, no caffeine Patty enjoyed her steamed milk with cinnamon.
Definitely a fun concept, yet neither the espresso nor chocolate wow'd solo or together.
