cuban sandwich

Try EL CIBAO on Smith Street, between Wyckoff and Warren St.. for the tastiest Cuban sandwich ever (take F-train to Bergen Street, yellow awning on west side).
It's a Dominican place that is mosly ignored by the non-hispanic in the neighborhood - and it does a huge delivery & takeout business so sometimes its hard to get counter attention. Very noisy, the juke box goes on automatically to tease you into feeding it money. Baseball on the TV.
The best Cuban sandwiches I've ever had - and they are consistently good - especially with a cold Presidente.
In cooler weather they have a big jar of hot peppers in oil that they can dribble on for those who like a kick.
Respectfully submitted.
