There's a restaurant in Overland Park, KS called the Bristol Bar & Grill. I believe there are other ones across the U.S.??? I'm looking for their crab cake recipe and the two dipping sauces recipe. Or if anyone has had them and has a guess what's in them. Also, side note... does anyone know how to make crab cakes that are light? These ones are, and any other crab cake I've ever had has been heavy and sometimes greasy. Any ideas?
