Hi. We generally stick with the basics on Thanksgiving but I also like to try adding something to the mix to see how it goes over.
This year I am thinking of corn chowder (which I have never made). A lot of what I'm seeing are summer recipes and there is also a lot of variation like including turkey, crab, etc. and I am not sure which direction to take.
Does anyone have a good recipe to share for a cold weather corn chowder that would work with a typical Thanksgiving menu (turkey, mashed potatoes, green beans, brussels sprouts, stuffing...)?
