Hey, I'd like to try some cooking workshops in Toronto - which ones would you recommend and why?

I've been cooking for several years but I'd like to take it up a notch to a point where I can make money on the side cooking. If I can do what I love, professionally that is the goal! Want to get to that level and looking for cooking classes to help me polish up a bit.

Open to suggestions!
