Cooking in the time of COVID-19

Because I live close to several good grocery stores, up until now I have been able to quickly get any ingredients I need. I’ve gotten fresh fruits and vegetables as I need them.

But in this time of COVID-19, it may be inadvisable to go out for groceries and if one does go out, some items may not be available. I may have to rely on what’s already in my pantry and freezer to feed my family.

I’d like to assemble a list of recipes that are delicious, fairly nutritious, and can be made from pantry staples. A recipe like this is an example of what I’m looking for:

Smitten Kitchen Quick Pasta and Chickpeas

Please chime in with any suggestions you have for my fledgling list. I realize that pantry staples vary from household to household, but if a decent number of recipes are suggested, those who are interested in a list like this should be able to find some recipes that they can make from what they have on hand. Thanks in advance.
