Does anyone have any recommendations about stewing/cooking rhubarb? I haven't done it before and am about to. Some research online turned up two approaches:
a) use water and sugar
b) use orange juice and honey.
Has anyone used orange juice as the stewing liquid, and how was the result?
Also, the amounts of liquid and sugar per pound of rhubarb vary wildly in the recipes I've found. Does anyone have a recommendation regarding these proportions if I prefer the result to be slightly sweetish rather than very tart?
