I am thinking of taking an introductory cooking class in Manhattan. I know of 2 -- one through the New School -- "How to Boil Water", and one through the Institute for Culinary Education -- "Cooking 101 : A Class for Absolute Beginners."
New School is 5 sessions, ICE is 3 sessions (each session is 3 hours), and the price varies accordingly. Does anyone have any recommendations as to which is the better experience? Are there other options out there I should consider?
Please answer quick if you can -- the New School class starts on Thursday, while ICE's next class starts next Tuesday.
Thanks in advance!
