Picked up everything for my remaining holiday treats. My coop had beautiful shelled raw pistachios. I didn't find any roasted ones.
So I got the raw ones.
Should I use "as is" or toast myself before using?
I'm inclined to use them as is.
That's probably what I did last time because I would have gotten them at the same place.
Also, the cookies are slice and bake (rolled in coarse sugar first -- really pretty). I'm thinking the raw ones may slice easier than crunchier ones.
