i live ( and cook ) in seattle and was thinking about moving to new orleans execpt that i know very little of the restaurants or the scene.
i know theres a lot of opportunity, and i know theres alot of people on this site who have a bunch of information, i'm looking for restuarants with the slow food approach and appreciation of artisan producers and local farmers/ traditions...
i'd love a lot of feedback, any and all are appreciated.
