Okay, I've asked before and we've discussed why ice tea come out cloudy sometimes. It was suggested that I make the ice tea ahead of time and let it cool down naturally to prevent the shock of adding ice right away to the brew and that should prevent clouding up. I did that this time. I brew a batch of really concentrated black tea, and let it sit to cool for an afternoon. When I checked back, the whole thing turned merky and opaque. Is is my tea? or water? Should I try distill water next time?
