All-clad Fusiotec (New - Line)

Seems interesting...

Heavy Steel Core: Distributes heat steadily and evenly; ideal for searing, browning, and braising.
Convenient: Pouring rim for accurate drip free pouring.
Oven and broiler safe: Up to 500°F.
Compatible: Safe for gas, electric, ceramic and induction stovetops.

My comments: I wonder if it's their code for Carbon steel? And ceramic supposed to be non-stick? Interesting for sure, but fairly pricey. Let's hope someone will offered detailed reviews soon! 500f for broiler is somewhat low... many good broilers go way higher... I think mine is over 1000f
