I found this place while trying to find a place to eat near Disneyland. Kinda went along with something ocnow.com listed as a good restuarant. Citrus City Grille is located on North Glassell St. in the City of Orange. The area around there is more like a mom and pop town with loads of antique stores. Which is why this restuarant stands out. As I walked in I felt like I was walking into a nice place in San Francisco. Definitely an SF feel with lofty ceilings, outside patio area and a full bar. This place looks awesome with an overall citrus motif. The food was ok, definitely not the best. Had the baked brie with phillo dough, very salty wasn't sure what I was supposed to do with it. I had the Pork Loin Chop with the mashed potatoes, caramelized onions and veggies. I really enjoyed the sauce that was served over the chop. However I think the chop itself wasn't tender enough. The potatoes and veggies were good. All in all, I think this is one of the cutest places I've ever stepped foot in. Service was great, decor was great. This place feels like it's been displaced by 400 miles. I would come here again, and maybe try a martini.
