Citron and Rose: Bar Snacks

Bashful3 | Dec 16, 201305:02 AM

Had fun last night. Grandson was in a play in Merion. Daughter
suggested bar snack specials at Citron and Rose, very close to where
the play. She brought along our 12 year old granddaughter!
We sat at the end of the bar, no alcohol served to us, but service could
not have been more gracious, or the bar snacks more yummy.
$3 each, the smoked brisket sliders were incredible; cod fish balls,
4 tiny treats with interesting accompaniments, a lamb flat bread that
was my daughter's fave, mushroom boureka with sage mustard also
lovely.

DAughter remarked how reasonable the wines/cocktails were during
this 5pm-6:30pm period and wanted to come back another time. Nice
crowd having early dinner; we were the only ones at the bar having
a blast. Comfortable stools at bar also.

Try it!
