Chow's jerk chili as post-Thanksgiving and rainy day solution!

Since I had a quart of my T-day turkey broth (turkey meat was all used), and some inexpensive chicken cuts, I decided to give this recipe a whirl switching out the recipe's poultry ingredient (turkey) and broth (chicken) items.

Will report tomorrow night, want it to settle in a bit.
