Hello! Silly question. Suppose, just suppose, that you've got a real long drive, and you've got to make it in three hours so you absolutely can't stop for dinner, and eating beforehand is pretty impossible - you're between commitments - but you're able to grab or throw together something to EAT IN THE CAR. What is the best thing - for speed, satisfaction, hand-held convenience, safety - to eat, behind the wheel, on the road?

Apologies-in-advance if I'm the only one who cares about this sort of thing.
