Does anyone know anywhere to get good chopped chicken liver in the area around Portland. I am recovering from surgery and need iron..which immediately in my mind spells out chopped chicken liver. Frozen is fine and suggestions are gratefully appreciated. By the way, I agree with a comment about portions at Commissary where I went for dinner several weeks ago. It was pretty good but my sea bass was a teeny portion and was breaded so the delicate flavor of the fish was somewhat masked. It was an okay place and I will keep trying, but not what I expected or hoped for.
