Chocolate rum banana bread

Rosiepigs | Aug 8, 200904:45 PM     12

I'd like to make a chocolate-chip banana bread, mainly because who doesn't like chocolate, and i just bought some rum. Any suggestions? By adding rum to a basic banana bread recipe, will it ensure moistness? Banana bread, or at least mine, always tends towards dry. Any help would be much appreciated, especially an entire recipe. thanks!
