chocolate bark with a spring twist?

I'm considering making a batch of chocolate bark for the spring (as Easter gifts). During the Christmas holidays, I make a dark chocolate bark with dried cherries, pepitas, and candied ginger (delicious). I'd like to "change it up" a bit for the spring. Any suggestions on chocolate/mix-in combos? The first thought that came to mind was using white chocolate as a base, but I'm not too fond of white chocolate :( Thanks in advance!
