Chinese Ribs

The New York Times food section has a spread on ribs today, and features some really yummy looking Chinese style ribs. I honestly haven't had any in Chinatown as I usually think of them as American-Chinese food (except for the ones steamed with black bean sauce). But after just seeing the photo and then reading about them, am having a serious craving. Anyone have favorites or recommendations for excellent babyback/spare ribs around here?
