Hi-- we have found a new "favorite" dish at Hakka in San Mateo (we like everything else we have had there, but we get this every time): It's called Spare Ribs with Spicy Salt.
Two questions --
First -- Is this the same dish that I have seen you call Salt and Pepper Pork?
Second -- Who has the best version? We are particularly interested in the San Mateo area, but anywhere in the Bay Area is ok too.
