Chinese doughnuts and soy milk

When I was travelling through Yunnan, China one of my favorite breakfasts was a steamy bowl of sweetened soy milk served with savory, fried strips of dough. I know this would be relatively easy to prepare at home, but having the soy milk ladled out of cauldrons and doughnuts freshly fried in giant woks made breakfast ever so satisfying!

Does anyone know of a place in Chinatown (Manhattan, Sunset Park, or Flushing) that serves this?
