Best Chinese/Dim Sum in the GTA? (Toronto, Scarborough, Markham, Richmond Hill, etc.)

Just want to see some recommendations for restaurants (mainly dim sum/yam cha) in the GTA.

I'm usually near Victoria Park and 401, so recommended restaurants in and around that area (around 15 min) would be greatly appreciated. But anywhere else is good too, I don't mind driving that much.

So far, for dim sum, I've been going to Soon Foon Tai in Chinatown East at Gerrald/Broadview. Very good prices, nice variety, and good quality. Not exceptional, but really good for the price. I'm getting boredd of the place though because I've had just about everything on the menu there, and from most of the other restaurants in that area also.

Other places I've been going to recently are;

Star Walk International Buffet (all you can eat dim sum, little variety though) and Rice 33 (good) on Silver Star Blvd near Pacific Mall

Jim Chai Kee Noodle House (been there too many times, has the best hand made egg noodle soup with shrimp wonton for about $4) at Sheppard/Brimley

Joy Fortune at Victoria/Morecambe (between Finch and McNicoll, haven't tried dim sum, but everything else is good

Ding Tai Fun at First Markham, a bit pricey but has unique soup filled dumplings, everything else is okay... (I like to avoid that area though, impossible to get parking, drives me crazy)
