I know there was another post about this recently, but wanted to state my opinion - I think Chinalite is great! They have tremendous quantities of very fresh vegetables in their dishes, huge portions, and none of those goopy too-thick sauces. I eat vegetarian and shrimp dishes, and have always had very good food there. (eg: shrimp with mixed greens, shrimp with carmelized walnuts, veggie delight, wide rice noodles with asparagus and black bean sauce...) The quality is excellent. My meat-eating friends and family have been super-happy with their food too (eg: chicken mei-fun, chicken almond ding, governor's chicken...)They also have excellent egg rolls, made with peanut butter...
Really, we have had only wonderful meals there, always have leftovers, have brought many different friends who have been very pleased, and have continued going there.
