I'm planning to make "Chicken under a Brick" for about 6 people on Saturday night, along with some gazpacho and other items.
Any suggestions for this cooking method? Basically I'm looking for a fun, attractive way to grill the chicken. Do I need to have the backbones removed? Does the brick cause the chicken to incinerate?
