For breakfast I had a tasty scramble of onions, tomatoes, pepper and some of the tenderest beef I have ever had. A poached egg sits on top breaking into this delicious Middle Eastern hash. The whole dished is sprinkled with grape powder.
The spelling on the menu of this place is very bad. There is a surfboard shaped flatbread that comes with this that is either listed on the menu as non or brad ... I'm assuming that's naan or bread.
Couldn't find anything on the web called cayare. Anyone have a clue what the real name of this dish is. Is it Greek or Persian. When I asked the owner, he said Greek/Persian.
