I've been thinking about buying a cast iron skillet for awhile and JeffW's pizza recipe below sealed the deal for me. I've been looking at a 10 1/4 inch or a 12 inch pre-seasoned one by Lodge Logic. Which size would you recommend? So far I'm thinking of making the aforementioned pizza and some cornbread in it. Also, is there anything I need to know about cooking with it or cleaning it? I thought I saw somewhere that you shouldn't use soap when washing it?? Thank you for any tips you have.
