After the 5 degree weather this weekend, I'm really in need of some cassoulet. I've some incredible France versions in France. Not long ago I had it at La Chaumiere and was not impressed. Any thoughts? Also, does anyone have an authentic recipe. I had one that took 2 days to make and it was incredible. Lost it in a move. The recipes that allow you to make it in 45 minutes are pathetic.
