Spent last summer in NE China with my family. We ended several meals with carmelized sweet potato chunks and carmelized banana chunks brought piping hot to the table. Then, the chunks had to be dipped into cold water before eating to cool and to keep from clumping. It was a neat experience that we would like to repeat. Coming to LA in January...willing to go to any part of town if you know a place we can order these to relive a memeory.
