I'm looking for a restaurant that offers options for a vegetarian meal that list light on the starch/carbs/rice/pasta/tofu/potatoes/etc. It seems that most vegetarian places I've tried tend to fill out their vegetarian meal with a big dose of rice or the like. It doesn't strictly have to be vegetarian as long as the focus of the meal is vegetables. Is Sweet Tomatoes and its ilk my only option? Any sit down place that would fit the bill? Anywhere in east or south bay would be great.
