In the last two weeks, I've had lunch at Caracello, 108 Greenwich St., twice. It's good, fairly traditional Italian, close to the Financial District, and pretty reasonable for a nice lunch. You can get away for about $20 a person or so, without beer/wine. It's nice for a business lunch, because it is usually empty after 9/11. So, you can talk without a problem.
