This is my first full summer in Boston and I'm planning to make frequent trips down to the Cape. I already have a pretty full "Boston Restaurant Bucket List", but I could use some help putting together one for the Cape!
Generally I'm a fan of anything eclectic, new American, or ethnic fusion -- i.e. simple food with bold flavors and unexpected twists. Although a good down-to-earth seafood joint is always nice in the summer. Location isn't vitally important as I'm willing to travel, but I'll be spending the most time in the Hyannis, Mashpee, and Cotuit areas.
Here's what I've got so far -- any feedback on these or new additions would be welcome:
1) Pain d'Avignon
2) Ocean House
4) Road House
5) Island Merchant
6) Naked Oyster
7) Raw Bar
8) The Beachcomber
9) Sesuit Cafe
Some other recs I've gotten were Flying Bridges, Alberto's, Brazilian Grill, Siena, and Bleu; but don't know enough about them yet to add to the list.
