Cape Cod (Orleans area) after Labor Day

We're coming from Brooklyn and going tenting in Nickerson State Park just after Labor day for about 12 days. Two adults, no kids. I've looked back through June here and took some notes (especially about Fried Clam places) but do have some additional requests. Remember that we are going after Labor Day. [We were very disappointed the week before Memorial Day this year to find almost every thing closed in Mt. Desert Island ME].

Good Lobster places, either eat in or take-out (cooked, close enough to take to our site still hot). Other restaurants with Seafood. Someone suggested Orleans Inn and Rosina's. Others agree? Will Rosina's be open?

Other places on the Cape we shouldn't miss? Suggestions in P-Town?

And what about places around Orleans to buy food to cook out, including meats and vegetables? Any good markets, farm stands, even supermarkets of quality. Good (bread) bakeries?

Lastly, can we get real lump charcoal in the supermarkets? If not, any suggestion of a market where we could find it.
