I recently devoured the colossal California Roll burger from 26 Beach in Venice and I was quite impressed at how all the flavors and textures worked together. The burger came with avocado, real crab meat, ginger, wasabi mayo, lettuce, tomato, Angus 1/2lb patty, and thick-cut fries which were like larger versions of In and Out's fries. I had to eat this burger in fourths while strategically "re-stabbing" the 7" high burger with the skewer so as to avoid the leaning tower of burger from becoming a Hindenburg. A messy albeit delicious lunch experience.
My coworker ordered the Texas Burger with chili and said it was good but that the chili needed more spice, and another coworker ordered the Kobe burger and gave it high praises.
