I absolutely LOVE the fruit chutney that is found at the A Taste of Quebec booth at the Calgary Farmer's Market, so much so that I can eat it straight out of jar with a spoon (and I can eat my way through their big jar in under a week!)
Can anyone offer some suggestions for making something similar - (or provide a recipe that they use!?) I've never attempted to make a chutney before and have no clue where to begin!
